Royal Residence Permit (RRP)

  • Total Investment 10k EUR
  • Total amount is blocked in a letter of credit in the applicants business bank account in Slovakia.
  • The applicant will get a share in a property with the value of 4500EUR + 500EUR admin fees; this amount is conditionally authorized from the applicant’s business bank account in Slovakia.
  • Within 2 months, we prepare the applicant for residence permit application with all inclusive service.View
What does our service include?

Steps

  1. Signing the contract; paying 250EUR initial service fee.
  2. Empowering Mindset to register a trade license for the applicant.
  3. Empowering a relative to open a business bank account in Slovakia
  4. Depositing 10k EUR in the business bank account.
  5. Signing a LETTER OF CREDIT Agreement to guarantee a conditional processing of transactions based on delivery of services.
  6. We will process the share in the property for the applicant.
  7. The applicant will be able to apply for residence permit.
  8. If the applicant is successful in obtaining residence permit, we will process our fees; if not, our fees will stay in the bank account of the applicant.
  9. The property share will guarantee the applicant a monthly RIO of not less than 5%.
